restaurant Manager, oxford – £28K+

We are looking for an outgoing, customer-obsessed, burrito-loving Restaurant Manager to head up our Oxford restaurant.

Our well established restaurant, just off Cornmarket, continues to grow and we want someone to help us continue that by inspiring our team to deliver great food with fast and friendly service.


It’s a varied role that can be demanding. Every day is different! You’ll be responsible for regular managerial tasks, including stock and cash control, paperwork, recruitment and training, plus much more. You’ll also be the person we look to, to grow the business in the community and promote our well-loved Mission Burrito brand in and around Oxfordshire.


  • Previous managerial experience is a must, preferably in the hospitality industry, with a big focus on fresh, from scratch food.
  • Working in a branded environment would be an advantage but not essential.
  • Flexibility in working hours and a willingness to cover shifts as needed.

We respect that this is a tough role. We reward as much as we can, not as little as we can get away with and the salary for this role is negotiable for the right person, starting at around £28k per year.

kitchen manager, bristol deliveroo dark kitchen – £30K

We’re looking for the right person to head up our busy ‘dark’ Deliveroo kitchen in Eastgate (Bristol). We’re one of 10 kitchens in a central Deliveroo Hub and part of a dynamic group of well known Bristol food brands. The ‘right’ person will be very kitchen focused, but with the ability to take on the usual Restaurant Manager tasks (for example recruiting, training, ordering) – just without the restaurant!


  • Oversee daily kitchen operations.
  • Manage and supervise the team – recruitment, training, scheduling.
  • Stock monitoring and ordering.
  • Ensure all Mission Burrito and Deliveroo policies and procedures are followed – safety, cleanliness etc.
  • Maintain a positive working environment and team morale.


  • Proven experience in a kitchen management role
  • Strong knowledge of food preparation and following recipes (we roll burritos to order, but slow cook our meats, beans, salsas etc in large batches so confidence in large quantities is essential.
  • Excellent leadership and training skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
  • Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast paced environment.
  • Flexibility to work evenings, weekends and holidays, as required.
