MEXICAN MEATS
To build this huge 5lb burrito we start by loading 3 tortillas with all 3 original Mexican meats, chicken tinga, carnitas & ancho chile beef.
LOAD IT UP
Think Mission style burritos, but bigger, loaded with rice, beans, pico de gallo, lettuce & cheese. Rolled by not 1 but 2 skilled burrito slingers!
TURN UP THE HEAT
Smothered, like only a criminal would, in sour cream & 3 Mexican salsas ranging from MILD to VERY HOT!!!
NOT FINISHED YET
To finish, it is surrounded by crunchy nachos. If the burrito doesn’t get you, it’s likely the tortilla chips will!
THE RULE BOOK
We are not one for rules really! But, to keep it fair there are just five rules we ask you to obide by...
#1: NO VOMITING
The challenger agrees to eat every last bite and keep it down. No vomiting in or near the restaurant. Vom and it's all over!
#2: SUBSTITUTIONS
The meats (chicken tinga, carnitas, ancho beef) are included. You can swap one meat for another and vegetarian and vegan options are available (BUT be warned, that's a lot of veggies!) Challengers are not permitted to substitute the salsas, all three (salsa verde, chipotle, habanero) are drizzled in equal measure over the top. If you don't like it HOT and spicy, this is not the challenge for you!
#3: NO SHARING
The challenge MUST be eaten in the restaurant, no taking away. Challengers agree to eat the whole burrito and extras by themselves with no help from mum, dad, sister, brother or a bezzy mate - not even a chip!
#4: TIMING
The timer starts when the challenger takes the first bite. There is no time limit, just as long as it is consumed before closing time.
#5: TOILET BREAKS
Challengers CAN have toilet breaks, but vomiting is forbidden (see Rule #1). And, we will be listening outside!
