How does leading a team of burrito enthusiasts sound? We’re on the hunt for a new Restaurant Manager to join the Mission Burrito family in Bath. Our long serving, current manager is sadly rolling off to take on a new challenge (cue the sad burrito emoji), so we need someone outgoing and customer-obsessed to take the reins.

restaurant Manager, BATH – £30K

Our spot on Kingsmead Square is the place to be in Bath, and we need a leader to keep our delicious momentum going strong. You’ll be the driving force behind our awesome team, ensuring they keep slinging those burritos with a smile.

RESPONSIBILITIES

It’s a varied role that can be demanding. In fact! Every day is different. You’ll be responsible for regular managerial tasks, including stock and cash control, paperwork, recruitment and training, plus much more. You will also be the person we look to, to grow the business in the community and promote our well-loved Mission Burrito brand in and around Bath.

EXPERIENCE

Got what it takes? Previous managerial experience is key, especially in the foodie realm. Fresh, from-scratch food is our jam, so experience in a similar environment is a big plus. But hey, if you can wrap up a killer burrito and keep the team salsa-ing through the busiest of rushes, we want to hear from you.
